Originally
called the Fiddler to Fiddler Award, and renamed The VFS Bursary
in
2007, this award has grown from a single recipient in 2003 to three
$250 awards in 2005. In 2007 we added another, special award –
The Spirit Award – given, at the discretion of the Bursary
Committee, to an applicant in any of the three categories, who
stands out.
