In this workshop fiddle students will have the opportunity to learn traditional Irish fiddle pieces, as well as the traditional bowings and ornamentation.  The workshop will also highlight the specific stylistic differences between the various fiddle music traditions offering participants a greater depth to their musical appreciation and technique.  Transcriptions of the tunes will be available, but please bring a recorder if you have one.
